Private Events

What's Included

When you choose Red Barn Winery for your private event, you gain access to our indoor winery space for 3-5 hours, with the flexibility to set up and decorate an hour prior to your event. Our dedicated Red Barn Winery host will be at your service, expertly bartending and managing your event, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We provide farm tables and chairs, along with elegant disposable plates, napkins, silverware, and cups, ensuring that your guests dine in style.

We offer elegant Red Barn Winery stemware for your choice of wines, mimosas, and sparkling wines. The warm ambiance is further enhanced with faux candles, creating an inviting atmosphere for your guests. With indoor accommodations for up to 60 guests, you can celebrate in comfort, no matter the weather. Additionally, our sprawling property invites exploration, featuring a covered porch, patio, pavilion, yard, and inviting fire pits where your guests can gather.

Parking is hassle-free with our private parking area. We provide a variety of soft drinks, including unsweetened iced tea, lemonade, and coffee, along with drinking water to keep your guests hydrated throughout the event. Finally, you will not find any hidden cleaning fees.


A non-refundable deposit of $300 must be paid at time of booking. Balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Food & Drink

Event host can bring their own food or caterer for no charge. 

  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased from Red Barn Winery (beer, wine, mixed drinks, mimosas, etc.)

  • Red Barn Winery can provide employees to serve buffet for $150 per person.

  • Red Barn Winery can provide table servers for $150 per server.

  • Red Barn Winery can provide table cloths for an additional $50 per event.

Rules for Day of Event
  • Drinks of any kind in any container will not be allowed in the winery or outside on the property

  • No confetti

  • Have a nice time with your friends and family and enjoy our historic property

Large Groups

Please call ahead to arrange large groups. Groups of 9 guests or more are welcome to host an
event during normal business hours at no charge with a non-refundable deposit of $100 which

can be used towards your bill for the group. A 20% gratuity will be charged for groups of 9 or

  • Ask about our buffet for your large group.
